In an effort to step up our activity in reducing the amount of waste sent to landfill we separate cardboard from all the waste we receive.
When we talk about cardboard, we of course mean the traditional corrugated brown board, and not card that is used in cereal boxes etc, although this is also treated, but separetly and differently.
Currently we separate and bale cardboard to be recycled at another plant, but eventually we will process it all at this site.
